Terms and Conditions

Free local delivery on the Sunshine Coast is included in the cost of your order.

To secure your delivery on the day, orders must be placed by 2pm on date of delivery. Saturday deliveries must be placed by Friday and will be delivered before 3pm
 
PLEASE NOTE: It is the obligation of the customer to make sure that the recipient’s FULL name and FULL delivery address are correct. If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order, as per your instructions, we cannot accept esponsibility for the mistake. 

If nobody is home
If nobody is at the address to take the delivery, we will leave the flowers in a safe place. If there is no safe place to leave the flowers out of direct sun, or we are unable to get in to the property due we will try to call. If still unsuccessful, we will bring the flowers back to the shop. Once we get in contact with the customer, a re-delivery fee is required to be paid, or you can arrange for a pick up from the shop.

Delivery Times
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, especially during busy times, but if you have any requests please leave a comment in "notes" at check out.
 
Delivery to Receptions and Apartments
We are unable to accept responsibility for delivered items that are accepted by the front desk, reception, concierge or security person.Where possible we will deliver to room. if this is not allowed by the hospital, flowers will be left at reception.

Alcohol
By law, alcohol cannot  be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years or left unattended. Should no-one over the age of 18 be home at the delivery address, the order will be returned to the shop. If redelivery is needed a redelivery fee will be charged.

Sundays and Public Holidays
House of Flowers is closed most Sundays and some public holidays, we will deliver your order on the next business day.     

Refunds
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with the quality or lifespan of the flowers, please contact us at info@houseofflowers.com.au with details and a photo of your order. The image will help us if we need to contact our supply partners.

Cancellation of orders
Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by House of Flowers 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
